INGREDIENTS FOR 3-4 PERSONS
  • 250gr. red lentil

  • 150gr. white quinoa

  • 750ml.water or sou
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ spoon of turmeric
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • extra virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Put the red lentils in a cooker, together with the chopped carrots and zucchini.

  • Add 750 ml of water or chicken soup and boil at medium heat.

  • dd the chopped garlic, turmeric and season to taste.

  • When the lentils and vegetables are well cooked, blend them together with 2 spoons of olive oil to make a creamy paste.

  • In a pan fry the thin sliced onion. Once the onion gets brown, add the honey and let a few minutes to caramelize.

  • Boil the quinoa for 10 min in water and then filter. Put the blended lentils and vegetables in a plate, add the boiled quinoa and caramelized onion.

REMARKS

If you want, you can add different seeds as chia, pumpkin or pine buds.
