Add 750 ml of water or chicken soup and boil at medium heat. dd the chopped garlic, turmeric and season to taste. When the lentils and vegetables are well cooked, blend them together with 2 spoons of olive oil to make a creamy paste. In a pan fry the thin sliced onion.
