Description
Ingredients: couscous (wheat flour, water), dried vegetables (tomatoes, onion, garlic, carrots, red pepper, zucchini, parsley), raisins.
Quantity: 250gr.
Preparation: Fry the contents of the package lightly with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add 750ml of broth or hot water and bring to a boil. Stir with a fork before serving to separate the couscous grains. Season to taste. It can be served as a side dish for lamb, chicken or beef.
Store in a cool, dry place.
